Lamiline, Inc. specializes in commercial and multi-unit residential real estate asset management in the Chicagoland area. All full-time staff are licensed brokers in the State of Illinois and possess advance business or legal education. With combined experience of over 70 years, our team understands the challenges and advantages of well-run real estate assets.

Established in 1968

Lamiline, Inc. was established in 1968 by George P. Annes. George completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois and his law degree at Northwestern University. George has developed planned communities, apartment communities, and commercial retail centers. Lamiline was formed to serve as a conduit for asset owners and tenants to effectively interact with relative anonymity. ​

Nancy McMorran, MBA
Owner, Managing Broker

With her Masters in Business - Management and Project Management - Nancy identifies and applies best practices in property management to each unique property related challenge. Nancy's undergraduate degree is in Fine Arts. These very different educational backgrounds give her the unique ability to identify and implement thoughtful and  creative solutions to each unique challenge.

Nancy has co-owned a real estate investment company with her husband that rehabilitated dilapidated properties in the Chicago area. She also owned a retail paper store located in the suburbs of Chicago.

Nancy lives in Chicago with her husband and two dogs - in the home she grew up in. She would say that the house is like her child - it is a 107 year old labor of love, patience and compromise.

Nancy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago, and her Masters in Business from Saint Xavier University. ​

Nancy is an avid photographer, arm-chair quarterback and loves to cook. She is active in her community and contributes her time to a local domestic violence agency where she has served on the board of directors for the last 5 years. ​

George Annes
Founder, Advisor

George Annes founded Lamiline in 1968 when he was a real estate developer building homes in the northern suburbs. Lamiline began managing real estate shortly thereafter.  

George grew up in Chicago, attended the University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana and attended Northwestern Law.

George spends much of his time golfing, fishing and spending time with his family.

Alison Herbert
Assistant

Alison has worked in property management both in Chicago and Denver over the last 8 years.  She also has worked in the insurance industry. Alison attended University of Colorado - Boulder.

Alison spends time between Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, and North Carolina. She has been an avid traveler her entire life and always looks forward to the next adventure with her husband and growing family.

Dave McMorran
Director of Property Maintenance

Dave has co-owned a real estate investment company with Nancy and has developed and restored properties.
Dave possesses the analytical and process development skills to oversee and assess all aspects of a property from the mechanical equipment to exterior landscaping and facade. 

Dave earned his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign. Dave has many interests including watch making, baking and traveling.
